PRICING:
The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States and Canada. Prices are subject to change without notice.

COLORS:
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our jewelry products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of our jewelry's color or finish will be accurate. Though we make every effort to fulfill orders as received, occasionally we may be out of stock in a particular finish or color. In such an event, you agree that we reserve the right, without prior notice, to substitute the same style number ordered in a different finish or color to satisfy a VintageJewelrymine.com wholesale order.

ORDER PROCESSING:
We make every effort to process your entire order in a timely fashion, however, please be advised that you agree that though you are paying in full for your order, certain handcrafted and hand painted items may take considerably longer to produce which may delay shipping time up to 4 weeks for these items.  We will notify you by email if there is going to be a delay and give you the option to ship your order less the back ordered or hand painted jewelry.

RETURN POLICY:
All items are inspected for damage prior to shipping as part of our handling process. Any damaged or unwanted merchandise must be returned within 5 days of receipt by customer as shipped in it's original packaging.  Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. 

Please note, all clearance/closeout sales are FINAL. Absolutely NO refunds for jewelry which has been worn or is returned with perfume or other body fragrance odors.  You must email or call us to authorize a return of merchandise.  Unauthorized returns will be refused.  At our discretion, a 15% restocking fee may be deducted from refunds for merchandise returns.

Wholesale orders which are refused or returned in part or in full for any reason may be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. At our discretion, wholesale and retail customers will either receive a full/partial refund for returned goods OR a store credit that can be applied to future purchases up to the amount of the entire store credit.  Store credit refunds will be issued as a unique return authorization code, similar to a promo code to be applied by the customer at checkout on future orders up to the amount of the store credit. The issued refund code does not have an expiration date.

We warranty our merchandise to be free of defects to you, our wholesale customer and any warranty expressed or implied does NOT extend to your retail customers.

To the extent that this Site contains links to outside services and resources, the availability and content of which VintageJewelrymine.com™does not control, any concerns regarding any such service or resource, or any link thereto, should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.

USE OF PERSONAL DATA:
You expressly consent that we may use the personal data you have given to us in the order or on the Site solely for the purpose of this Agreement, for making services available to you, for marketing our products and services to you.  You may choose to opt out of receiving future mailings.
